Liz Ritter at her core is a customer advocate! She has spent years working for elevator companies as an account manager but most recently felt strongly drawn to the role of elevator consultant, so she could work exclusively as the customers’ advocate.

Liz Ritter started her career at Otis Elevator in the HQ Finance Department immediately after graduating from Penn State University. She spent 8 years at Otis in both finance and sales in Connecticut and Upstate NY and received her MBA from University of Connecticut. After moving several times, she landed in Cleveland in 2007 with Schindler Elevator as the downtown existing installation account manager.

Over the last 15 years, the building owners and managers of Cleveland have become some of her best friends! For this reason, in January 2022, she decided to take a leap and start her own firm to better serve the business owners and managers with obtaining quality elevator & escalator service.

She truly wants to partner with business owners and managers to protect their assets and reduce their liability. She wants to ask the critical questions and ensure the proper performance and compliance to contract terms for all of her clients.
